Even when John McWhorter was working other full time jobs,
he has always maintained a ministry of help to his fellow man.
Currently, his primary ministry is working with families who
have children needing facial plastic surgery due to birth defects,
burns, accident, etc. He arranges these surgeries both in the U.S. and in
Central America. This has been his primary work since 2007.
John does not receive a salary for this work but instead relies on contributions from
people like you to support him.
"Let’s Talk" is a independent counseling ministry. It was
developed for people who need guidance but not medical or psychological
counseling. This ministry is important because it increases
visibility of John's overall ministry. Families of children in
need are more likely to find help. It also makes people aware of
the opportunity to support the children through his ministry.
John is in no way new to counseling. He has counseled many people
for over 30 years. He has also worked for many missionary and
local ministries. John has work as an independent consultant to
many other organization. See the chart below of organizations that
he is currently working with.
